RefusalCheck — discontinued

This service has been discontinued. It is no longer accepting checks, and the form that used to be on this page has been removed.

RefusalCheck ran as a small beta that hand-researched US federal import records — FDA import refusals, FDA Import Alerts, and product recalls — on request. It was closed in August 2026 because the work did not find enough demand to continue.

The underlying records are public and free. FDA publishes import refusals at datadashboard.fda.gov and Import Alerts at accessdata.fda.gov/cms_ia. Anything this service reported could be verified there, and still can be.
