And if your supplier is in that record, it’s your money in the container: refused shipments are destroyed or re-exported at the importer’s expense, and repeat offenders get auto-detained on future shipments.

Not legal advice. I report the federal record as published on the stated date, with citations and a match-confidence note. Records change and can be corrected by the agencies — verify at the cited source before making sourcing decisions. Results are provided as-is, with no warranty of completeness.
